President: Diana Strongosky – Diana has been active in theatre for over 40 years. Audiences may recognize her choreography from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, The Sound of Music, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Grease, and High School Musical. She has also performed at numerous theaters across the region. Some of her favorite roles include Truvy in Steel Magnolias, Mattie Fae in August: Osage County, Chick in Crimes of the Heart, Adelaide in Guys & Dolls, The Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz, Bebe in A Chorus Line, Patty in Grease, Sister Robert Anne in Nunsense II, and Velma in Steppin’ Out. Professionally, Diana serves as Senior Vice President of Global Innovation at Sherwin-Williams, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience. As a board member of The Brecksville Theatre, she combines her strategic planning skills with a lifelong passion for expanding access to the arts. She lives in Brecksville with her husband and their dog, Mulligan, and enjoys mentoring young professionals and attending live theatre. She is also the proud mother of two adult children. “Serving on The Brecksville Theatre board as the President is a great way to make a real impact on local culture, connect with others who love the arts, and help shape exciting programs. I love to collaborate with passionate people who share a love for the arts. It’s also a chance to support a creative space that brings the community together and inspires everyone, by fostering a real sense of connection to the community.”

Vice President: Anthony Salatino – Anthony has been involved with theatre for over 30 years and currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors as Vice President. As a lifelong supporter of the performing arts, he brings a strong commitment to equity, community-building, and advocacy. An active member of the theatre community, Anthony has contributed both on stage as a performer and behind the scenes as part of the production team. He is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where all voices are welcome and celebrated. Outside the theatre, he works at Emory University in their Cancer Research Program, making a difference one day at a time. Anthony lives in Broadview Heights with his boyfriend Brad and super-senior doggy, Buddy.

Treasurer: Jason Kurlychek – With a strong background in business management and extensive experience in profit and loss analysis, Jason brings financial insight and organizational leadership to The Brecksville Theatre. His passion for theatre and commitment to community service drive his work behind the scenes, helping ensure the theatre’s long-term success and sustainability. He’s proud to support this vibrant creative space where people come together to share stories, talent, and connection.
