Over the past year, The Brecksville Theatre (TBT) has dedicated itself to reflection, renewal, and growth. Our efforts have been guided by a commitment to strengthening our organization and ensuring a vibrant, inclusive theatre experience for all.
Key Accomplishments
– Facilitated a mediation session to enhance board collaboration.
– Formed a strategic task force to help define future direction.
– Rebuilt and strengthened our Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
– Refreshed TBT’s mission and values to align with our vision.
– Engaged with the Mayor of Brecksville and key stakeholders through alignment meetings.
– Held a successful board retreat to ensure organizational clarity, health and alignment.
– Designed and launched our 2025-2026 season.
– Built new partnerships with casts, crews, and production teams.
– Delivered successful programming, including the Nate the Great traveling show and the Aladdin summer camp.

– Implementing comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training to ensure a welcoming environment for all.
Community Engagement
– Expanding relationships with the local businesses and the Greater Cleveland community to foster lasting partnerships.
Financial Stability & Growth
– Advancing fundraising efforts through targeted advertising campaigns and patron drives.
